Rates and Accommodation Details

  • Rates are per unit, per night, and include luxurious accommodations with modern amenities: air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, DSTV, smart TVs, complimentary in-room tea, coffee, biscuits/rusks, and bottled water.

  • The double sleeper couch in the 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom options can accommodate up to 2 additional guests at R500 per person, per night.

  • A one-time R350 cleaning fee applies to all bookings. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional cleaning services can be arranged at a discounted rate.

  • Long stay discounts are available for weekly and monthly bookings; for example, a 10% discount applies to stays of 7 nights or more.

  • Rates are subject to change but will be confirmed at the time of booking. Additional services and specials are available throughout the year; please inquire.

  • Terms and conditions for peak periods and special events may vary.


Exclusive and Shared Areas

  • The property is exclusively available when booking the 3-bedroom option.

  • For the 2-bedroom or 1-bedroom options, outside areas (patio and deck, splash pool, garden area, and parking entrance) are shared.

 

Deposits and Payment Terms

  • A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

  • The remaining 80% must be paid 14 days before arrival.

  • For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • No credit terms are available; all bookings must be fully prepaid before arrival.

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us.

  • We accept most credit cards, electronic fund transfers, and cash payments by prior arrangement.

  • For international bank transfers, please ensure the deposit is duty-free and include an additional R150 surcharge.
     

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 14 days or less before arrival: Forfeits 75% of the total booking amount.

  • Cancellations 21 to 14 days before arrival: Forfeits 50% of the total booking amount.

  • Cancellations 30 to 21 days before arrival: Forfeits 25% of the total booking amount.

  • Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival: Full refund minus a 10% admin fee.

  • No-Show Policy: No refunds for no-shows or shortened stays; full cost applies.

  • All cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Refunds are at management's discretion and subject to the above terms.
     

Minimum Stay Requirements

  • Generally, a minimum stay of two nights is required. One-night bookings may be reconsidered based on availability.

  • A minimum stay of 5 nights is required during the peak period from 15 December to 3 January.
     

Check-in and Check-out Times

  • Check-in: Between 14:00 and 18:00 (please confirm your expected arrival time).

  • Check-out: By 10:00.

  • Earlier check-in and later check-out can be arranged depending on availability.


Child Policy

  • Children over the age of 12 are welcome. Younger children may be accommodated upon request, depending on availability and suitability


Refundable Breakage Deposit

  • No enforced breakage deposit, but guests are liable for any damages incurred. A credit card hold may be placed as a security measure during the stay


Pet Policy

  • Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Well-behaved pets may be accommodated upon request; please inquire when booking.


Servicing / Housekeeping Policy

  • A one-time R350 cleaning fee applies to all bookings. Additional fees may apply for extended stays if extra cleaning is requested.

  • For stays longer than 7 nights, units are serviced weekly, excluding public holidays, or more frequently upon request at an additional cost.

  • Fresh towels can be provided upon request.

  • Linen is changed every 7 days for longer stays unless otherwise requested.

  • Complimentary toiletries and amenities are provided in the units. To minimize waste, these are refilled during your stay rather than replaced.


Breakfast Policy

  • Breakfast boxes for self-service can be pre-booked, including options such as fresh pastries, fruit, yogurt, and juice.

  • A pre-stocked pantry and fridge with essentials like milk, bread, and eggs are available; please inquire for more details.
